Project HEAL Arlington, WA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Arlington, WA, offers compassionate and informed meal assistance tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are in the outpatient phase of eating disorder recovery. Designed to create a supportive and healing environment, our live, virtual drop-in group meals provide essential nutrition and a safe space for participants to engage collaboratively during meal times. With sessions available four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, individuals can easily fit meal support into their schedules. Each session is led by dedicated nutrition practitioners participating in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring expert guidance as they work toward their CNS certification. While we focus on fostering recovery through meal support, please note that we do not provide crisis care; for immediate assistance, reach out to emergency services or text HEALING to 741741.
