The Meal Support Program on Bainbridge Island, WA, provides free and accessible meal support tailored to individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers virtual drop-in group meals facilitated by knowledgeable nutrition practitioners, creating a supportive and safe environment where participants can share nourishing meals while receiving emotional encouragement. With sessions scheduled four times daily, including two lunch and two dinner options, we allow individuals to attend as fits their personal schedules after approval. Our goal is to empower participants on their journey towards recovery by fostering connection and nutrition while they work through the outpatient stage.
