Located in Bellingham, WA, Cancer Transitions is a compassionate program designed specifically for cancer survivors who have completed their treatment. Aimed primarily at those who have finished treatment within the last 24 months, our services are also available to anyone on their journey of survivorship, regardless of how much time has passed. We offer a holistic approach to recovery that includes nutritional support, personalized exercise plans, emotional health education, and key medical management resources.
