Project HEAL Bellingham, WA
About Meal Support Program
In Bellingham, WA, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, free, and eating disorder-informed meal support designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are at the outpatient stage of recovery. Our program features live, virtual drop-in group meals that create a welcoming environment for participants to enjoy nutritious meals alongside peer support. With four daily meal support sessions, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can choose to attend as many sessions as fit their schedule. Each session is expertly facilitated by nutrition practitioners in training through the Clinician’s Incubator, ensuring a supportive and knowledgeable atmosphere. While we focus on providing valuable meal support, please note that we do not operate as a crisis intervention service. For urgent needs, we encourage contacting appropriate crisis resources.
