Located in Blaine, WA, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to improving the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, providing tailored referrals and diverse treatment options that align with individual needs and preferences. We offer inclusive weight management services, including group sessions, personalized telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Additionally, Veterans can utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery if they continue to face challenges.
