Based in Blaine, WA, the Meal Support Program offers compassionate, free meal support tailored for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenging journey of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. Our virtual drop-in sessions take place four times daily, providing a welcoming environment where participants can enjoy meals together while receiving guidance from trained nutrition practitioners. Our goal is to foster a community of support, helping individuals build healthy relationships with food in a safe and understanding setting. Once approved, individuals can attend as many sessions as their schedule allows, receiving ongoing encouragement throughout their recovery process.
