Project HEAL Bothell, WA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Bothell, WA, provides free and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating outpatient care for eating disorders. Our live, virtual drop-in group meals create a welcoming and safe environment for participants to consume nutritious meals while receiving compassionate support. With sessions offered four times daily—two during lunch and two at dinner—participants have the flexibility to join as many sessions as they need, tailored to fit their schedules. Our dedicated sessions are led by nutrition practitioners in the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are advancing towards their CNS certification. While we focus on supportive meal experiences, please note that we do not offer crisis intervention. For urgent situations, we recommend contacting crisis support services directly.
