The Meal Support Program in Centralia, WA, offers essential and compassionate meal assistance for individuals over 16 who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, providing a supportive environment where participants can share nutritional experiences and receive guidance from trained nutrition practitioners pursuing their CNS certification. With meal support sessions available four times daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, participants can easily integrate our services into their schedules, attending as frequently as needed.
