The Meal Support Program in Edmonds, WA is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are in outpatient care for eating disorders. Our program creates a welcoming and supportive environment through live virtual drop-in group meals, offering participants a safe space to nourish their bodies while receiving compassionate guidance. Meal support sessions occur four times daily, with both lunch and dinner options available, allowing individuals to choose what fits best in their schedules. Each session is facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are on their journey to obtaining Certified Nutrition Specialist certification.
