Cancer Transitions is committed to supporting survivors of any cancer diagnosis who have recently completed their treatment, particularly those within the last two years, although our resources are beneficial for any survivor regardless of their stage in the survivorship journey. Located in Enumclaw, WA, our program delivers a comprehensive, evidence-based approach that includes nutritional support, tailored exercise plans, emotional health education, and medical management guidance, ensuring each participant receives the holistic care needed to thrive after cancer treatment. We believe in fostering resilience and empowerment in our survivor community, helping individuals transition smoothly into a healthier, fulfilling life post-treatment.
