MOVE! Weight Management Program in Federal Way, WA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who comes to VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of support options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! system, which allows for in-home messaging and clinician support. For those who prefer to manage their journey independently, our MOVE! Coach mobile app is available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with their weight.
