MOVE! Weight Management Program in Ferndale, WA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that meet their unique needs and preferences. We offer a range of support options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also take advantage of our MOVE! Coach mobile app for independent weight management, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need additional assistance.
