The Welcome Home Program in Kent, WA, is dedicated to supporting individuals recovering from a hospital stay by providing essential food assistance tailored to their needs. Within just 48 hours of referral, we deliver a care package that includes 12 weeks of nutritious and delicious meals, ensuring that our clients receive the nourishment they require for a successful recovery. In addition to home-delivered meals, participants benefit from sessions with a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN), fostering a holistic approach to health and wellness.
