Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Lynden, WA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Lynden, WA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support designed specifically for individuals over the age of 16 who are at the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a compassionate environment where participants can join live, virtual drop-in group meals, fostering a secure setting to share nutrition and support. With meal support sessions scheduled four times daily, participants can attend at their convenience, supported by practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program who are working towards their CNS certification. Our mission is to promote healing through community and connection, ensuring that everyone has access to the nourishment and encouragement they need on their recovery journey. Please note that while we offer valuable meal support, we do not provide crisis intervention; for urgent assistance, please reach out to available crisis services.
