About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Monroe, WA, is dedicated to providing free, accessible meal support for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. Our program features live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals that create a welcoming and supportive environment for those at the outpatient level of care. With meal support sessions available four times a day, participants can join for lunch or dinner at times that fit their schedules. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, ensuring expert guidance as individuals engage with their meals. While we provide essential nutritional support, please note that this program is not designed for emergency or crisis situations; for those in immediate need, we recommend contacting crisis support services.
