The Meal Support Program in Mountlake Terrace, WA, provides compassionate and accessible meal support for individuals over 16 in outpatient care navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery. Our welcoming virtual group sessions offer a safe space for participants to enjoy nutritious meals while receiving essential support from trained nutrition practitioners who are pursuing their CNS certification. With four meal support times each day, we aim to accommodate various schedules, allowing individuals to join as often as they need.
