MOVE! Weight Management Program in Mukilteo, WA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring access to a variety of tailored treatment options that meet their individual needs and preferences. We offer an array of services, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home support. Veterans can also benefit from our MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, as well as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who have not achieved their goals through our primary program.
