Located in Oak Harbor, WA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance to low-income individuals living with dysphagia. We understand the unique challenges faced by those with swallowing difficulties, and our mission is to offer compassionate support through a variety of helpful resources including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
