Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Oak Harbor, WA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Oak Harbor, WA, offers vital, free meal support tailored specifically for individuals over 16 who are navigating the challenges of eating disorder recovery at the outpatient level. We provide a welcoming and informed environment where participants can join live, facilitated virtual group meals, creating a supportive space to enjoy nourishment. Our meal support sessions occur four times a day, with two dedicated lunch sessions and two dinner sessions, allowing participants the flexibility to attend as their schedules permit. Each session is led by nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification, ensuring participants receive quality support during this essential recovery phase. While we focus on meal assistance, please note that this program is not intended for crisis support; for immediate help, we encourage you to reach out to emergency services or text HEALING to 741741.
