MOVE! Weight Management Program in Oak Harbor, WA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and lives of Veterans by providing comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran cared for at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored treatment options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. For those who prefer independent management, we offer the MOVE! Coach mobile app. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight.
