Nestled in a peaceful wooded setting, Olalla Guest Lodge offers a serene environment where individuals can focus inward and begin healing from substance use disorders. This intimate residential treatment center accommodates up to 47 patients in two gender-specific dormitories. While the standard residential program typically spans 28 days, each treatment plan is tailored to meet individual needs and may vary in length. Olalla embraces a holistic approach to recovery that addresses mind, body, and spirit. Their comprehensive program combines evidence-based therapies with complementary practices including acupuncture, yoga, meditation, and nutrition counseling. Patients receive psychoeducation from qualified psychologists and can also participate in Native American spiritual practices if desired. The Native American program provides an alternative spiritual pathway for those who may not connect with traditional 12-Step approaches but seek spiritual elements in their recovery journey. Through spiritual circles, smudging ceremonies, and the medicine wheel concept, participants can engage with ceremony, culture, and community as they work toward releasing addiction patterns and building a new life foundation.
