The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Port Angeles, WA, is dedicated to nurturing the next generation of leaders in sustainable food systems. Our program empowers individuals to become advocates and educators for a just food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic fairness. Throughout the six-month experiential mentorship at our organic farm, Fellows receive hands-on training in diverse agricultural practices, food distribution, and community engagement. Following this immersion, participants embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profits to implement their knowledge in practical settings. We strive to make our Fellowship accessible and impactful, fostering skills in food literacy, community gardening, and support for farmers markets, ensuring that healthy food options are available to all. Applications are accepted each year until March, with the fellowship running from May through October, inviting passionate individuals to join us in making a difference in food assistance and education.
