Located in Poulsbo, WA, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to providing essential food assistance and resources for low-income individuals living with dysphagia. Our mission is to ensure those in need can access specialized items including food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
