About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship

The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Pullman, WA, is dedicated to cultivating a new generation of leaders who advocate for a food system that is socially, environmentally, and economically just. Our program sponsors and trains Fellows to engage in comprehensive organic food system education while ensuring accessibility through a tuition-free approach. Throughout the six-month experiential training at our Allegheny Farm Campus, participants gain hands-on experience in growing and distributing diverse crops, supporting community gardens, integrating food and ecological literacy into educational activities, and promoting innovative healthcare solutions. Following this immersive learning experience, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, collaborating with local non-profit organizations to implement their training and strengthen regional food systems. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March to join our mission, enhancing food access and advocating for sustainable agricultural practices in their communities from May to October.
