MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Sedro Woolley, WA, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened for obesity annually, and we provide tailored treatment options to meet their individual needs and preferences. Our program includes diverse resources such as group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which offers in-home messaging and support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management. For those facing persistent challenges, we offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Interested Veterans are encouraged to connect with their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider to embark on their weight management journey with us.
