The Meal Support Program in Selah, WA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers a nurturing environment through live, facilitated virtual group meals that create a sense of community and safety for participants as they focus on nutrition and healing. With sessions available four times daily, including both lunch and dinner options, individuals can choose the times that best fit their schedules, attending as often as needed. Each meal support session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator program, who are on their way to obtaining CNS certification. While we focus on offering valuable meal support, it's important to note that this program is not intended for crisis situations.
