The Meal Support Program in Silverdale, WA, is dedicated to providing compassionate, free, and accessible meal support tailored for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient level of eating disorder recovery. Our program offers live, facilitated virtual drop-in group meals, creating a nurturing environment where participants can enjoy nutritious meals together while receiving essential support. With four meal support sessions scheduled daily, including two lunchtime and two dinnertime options, individuals can easily fit our program into their schedules. All sessions are led by dedicated nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are working towards their CNS certification.
