Meal Support Program

Project HEAL Snohomish, WA

About Meal Support Program

The Meal Support Program in Snohomish, WA, is dedicated to providing compassionate and accessible meal assistance specifically designed for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating the outpatient stage of eating disorder recovery. Our virtual drop-in group meals create a nurturing and safe environment where participants can enjoy nutritious food alongside valuable support. With four daily sessions available—two for lunch and two for dinner—individuals have the flexibility to join as many times as they need, fitting meals seamlessly into their daily schedules. Facilitated by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator program, our sessions are grounded in a deep understanding of eating disorders and recovery. While we offer vital meal support, please note that we do not provide crisis intervention; for urgent care, we encourage reaching out to appropriate emergency services. Our mission is to foster a supportive community around meal times, helping individuals heal and regain their relationship with food.
