About Meal Support Program
The Meal Support Program in Stanwood, WA, is dedicated to providing free and accessible meal support for individuals aged 16 and older who are navigating recovery from eating disorders. Our virtual drop-in group meals offer a nurturing and safe space for participants to gather and consume nourishing meals while receiving essential support. With sessions available four times daily, including two for lunch and two for dinner, individuals can easily find a time that fits their schedule. Each session is led by trained nutrition practitioners from the Clinician's Incubator program, who guide participants through the process of healing and recovery. While we focus on meal support, we encourage individuals in crisis to seek urgent care by texting HEALING to 741741 or contacting emergency services.
