The Senior Nutrition Program in Yelm, WA is dedicated to enhancing the well-being and independence of individuals aged 60 and over by providing vital nutrition services. With a focus on increasing nutrient intake, our program offers both congregate meals at five senior centers and home-delivered meals through our Meals on Wheels service. Congregate meals are available five days a week for a suggested donation of $4.00, while those under 60 can enjoy meals for $8.00. For our homebound seniors, we deliver hot meals once a week to Oakville and McCleary, alongside frozen meal options for clients in surrounding areas.
