The Meal Support Program in Yelm, WA, is a compassionate initiative designed to provide eating disorder informed meal support for individuals over the age of 16 who are at the outpatient level of care. Our program offers free virtual group meals four times a day, featuring dedicated lunch and dinner sessions that create a nurturing environment where participants can safely consume meals alongside peers. Each session is facilitated by skilled nutrition practitioners from the Clinician’s Incubator training program, who are actively pursuing their CNS certification. By offering accessible meal support and encouragement, we aim to empower individuals on their journey of recovery, helping them to integrate nutrition into their healing process.
