Located in Albin, WY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion services. Our mission revolves around screening every Veteran who accesses VA care for obesity and connecting them to tailored weight management solutions that meet their individual needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! system for in-home support. The MOVE! Coach mobile app empowers Veterans who prefer a self-directed approach to weight management, while we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those requiring additional help.
