Located in Big Piney, WY, MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to ensure every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, with personalized referrals to weight management services tailored to their individual needs and preferences. We offer diverse treatment options, including supportive group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! services that provide in-home messaging and clinician contact. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is available, along with access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who require additional support after trying MOVE!. We believe that every Veteran deserves the opportunity to achieve their health goals, and we encourage anyone interested in joining the MOVE! program to connect with their local MOVE!
