The MOVE! Weight Management Program in Casper, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity and offered personalized treatment options tailored to their unique needs. The program provides a variety of weight management services, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which allows for in-home support and clinician contact as needed. For those who prefer a more self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app offers tools for independent weight management. Additionally, we offer weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who may require more intensive intervention after participating in MOVE!
