Located in Chugwater, Wyoming, Healthy U is a dedicated initiative of the Wyoming Center on Aging that brings the renowned Chronic Disease Self-Management Program (CDSMP) from Stanford University to individuals coping with chronic health conditions. This free, six-week workshop is designed to empower participants—whether they are managing their own chronic ailments or providing care for loved ones—through practical strategies in problem solving, healthy eating, action planning, emotional understanding, exercise, treatment evaluation, and effective communication with healthcare professionals.
