MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Deaver, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity each year, and connect them to tailored weight management resources that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who seek an independent approach. For Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
