MOVE! Weight Management Program in Douglas, WY is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to annually screen every Veteran who receives care at VA facilities for obesity and provide personalized referrals to a variety of weight management services. We offer essential options tailored to meet individual needs, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-guidance.
