MOVE! Weight Management Program, based in Dubois, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity and connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their unique needs and preferences. We offer a variety of options including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. For Veterans who need additional assistance after trying MOVE!, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. Interested to start your journey to better health?
