Our Family Support team offers a wealth of resources and guidance right from the moment of diagnosis, ensuring families have access to accurate information and empathetic care. We provide comprehensive services including parent mentoring, nutritional education, meal planning, and behavior management support. Additionally, our team assists families in navigating the processes for Medicaid applications, insurance claims, Supplemental Security Income (SSI), and Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI).
