The Living with Type 2 Diabetes Program, located in Etna, WY, is a supportive initiative designed for individuals newly diagnosed with type 2 diabetes, offering a comprehensive, free 12-month journey into effective diabetes management. Our program equips participants with six informative e-booklets, monthly e-newsletters in both English and Spanish featuring seasonal tips and resources, and connections to local community events. Enrolees can also access our monthly Ask the Experts Q&A series, where they can pose their diabetes-related questions directly to American Diabetes Association experts, either online or by phone. With a focus on education and community support, our program fosters understanding of diabetes management and heart health, ensuring participants have the tools they need to thrive while living with diabetes.
