Located in Evanston, Wyoming, the Dysphagia Outreach Project Food Bank is dedicated to improving the quality of life for low-income individuals with dysphagia by providing essential resources such as food thickeners, pre-modified foods, therapy tools, oral care supplies, and adaptive equipment.
