MOVE! Weight Management Program in Evanston, Wyoming, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion services. Our mission is to screen every Veteran in our care annually for obesity and connect them with personalized weight management options that cater to their unique needs. We offer a variety of resources, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program that allows Veterans to receive guidance and support from the comfort of their homes. For those who prefer a self-directed approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app provides valuable tools for managing their weight independently. Additionally, we understand that some may require more support, which is why we also offer access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans facing ongoing challenges with weight or related health issues.
