MOVE! Weight Management Program in Evansville, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of our Veterans through comprehensive weight management and health promotion strategies. We aim to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities for obesity, ensuring they have access to a variety of tailored treatment options that align with their unique needs and preferences. Our services include group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support, as well as the MOVE! Coach mobile app for Veterans who prefer self-directed weight management.
