The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship, located in Farson, WY, is dedicated to cultivating the next generation of leaders in sustainable agriculture and food equity. By sponsoring, training, and empowering Fellows, we strive to create advocates for a food system that prioritizes social, environmental, and economic justice. Our program offers a comprehensive organic food system education at the Allegheny Farm, ensuring accessibility through no tuition fees. Selected Fellows engage in a transformative six-month experiential learning journey, where they work on diversified market-style farms, facilitate innovative health education sessions, and nurture community gardens. They actively support local farmers markets and develop strategies to enhance access to healthy foods. Following their training, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, applying their newfound skills in collaboration with regional non-profit organizations. We invite passionate individuals to apply by March for an enriching experience that runs from May to October, helping to shape a more equitable food system in our communities.
