MOVE! Weight Management Program, located at Fe Warren AFB in Wyoming, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our program aims to screen every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities annually for obesity and to connect them with tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs and preferences. We offer a range of options including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE!, which provides in-home messaging and clinician support as needed. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-directed weight management or explore additional solutions such as weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for those who need further assistance.
