MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fort Bridger, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion strategies. Our mission is to screen all Veterans receiving care at VA facilities for obesity annually, connecting them to tailored weight management services that align with their individual needs. We offer a variety of options such as engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and TeleMOVE! for in-home support. Veterans can also utilize the MOVE! Coach mobile app for self-guided weight management, and for those facing ongoing challenges, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery. To take the first step toward a healthier lifestyle, Veterans can reach out to their local MOVE! Coordinator or VA provider for assistance in joining our program.
