MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Fort Laramie, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and wellbeing of Veterans through effective weight management solutions. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receiving care at VA facilities is screened annually for obesity, providing them with tailored referrals to essential weight management services that align with their unique preferences and needs. We offer a variety of options, including engaging group sessions, supportive telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home assistance, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer a self-directed approach. Additionally, Veterans facing ongoing challenges can access weight loss medications and bariatric surgery after trying MOVE! solutions.
