Located in Freedom, WY, the MOVE! Weight Management Program is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through a comprehensive approach to weight management and health promotion. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran who seeks care at VA facilities receives annual screenings for obesity and is connected to personalized weight management services tailored to their unique needs. We offer a variety of effective treatment options, including group sessions, telephone lifestyle coaching, TeleMOVE! for in-home support, and the MOVE! Coach mobile app for those who prefer self-management. For Veterans facing persistent weight challenges, we also provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery.
