MOVE! Weight Management Program, located in Grover, WY, is dedicated to enhancing the health and well-being of Veterans through effective weight management and health promotion initiatives. Our mission is to ensure that every Veteran receives a thorough annual screening for obesity at VA facilities and is referred to personalized weight management services tailored to their individual needs. We offer a variety of support options, including engaging group sessions, convenient telephone lifestyle coaching, and the innovative TeleMOVE! program, which connects Veterans with clinicians from the comfort of their homes. For those who prefer a self-guided approach, the MOVE! Coach mobile app is also available. Additionally, we provide access to weight loss medications and bariatric surgery for Veterans who need further assistance after participating in MOVE!.
