About Farm & Food Systems Fellowship
The Farm & Food Systems Fellowship in Guernsey, WY, offers an empowering opportunity for individuals passionate about creating a just and sustainable food system. Through our program, we train and sponsor Fellows to become educators and advocates dedicated to fostering social, environmental, and economic justice within the agricultural community. The Fellowship features comprehensive organic food system education without any tuition fees, ensuring accessibility for all participants. Over a six-month immersive experience at our Allegheny Farm Campus, Fellows engage in hands-on training that enables them to grow and distribute diversified crops, support farmers markets, and integrate food literacy into educational settings. Following their residency, Fellows embark on a Community Action Year, working alongside regional non-profits to apply their skills in meaningful ways. We invite those interested in transforming food systems to apply by March each year and join us in our mission to promote healthier communities through innovative and equitable food practices.
